Vibe can be linked to Careers modules within schools to contribute to their careers classes or used as a stand-alone tool. Vibe takes into consideration preferences, current skills, and interests both inside and outside school and offers tailored content to help students discover potential career paths.
Vibe offers RBAC (Role-based Access control) for students, parents, careers/teachers, administrators and industry professionals. The platform is industry-led, with strict guidelines on the quality and intention of content. Teachers and parents can monitor and approve connections between students and industry professionals, creating a supporting and transparent experience which encourages parents or guardians to play an active role in their child’s career development as well as safeguarding the students. Vibe suggests content and discussion points for both parents and teachers, helping students to feel supported in their development. All students can access Vibe inside and outside school by using their School login details or saved login details on mobile devices.
For teachers, Vibe offers a dashboard experience where they can see individual students, year groups and progress, allowing them to provide tailored support to individuals who may be struggling.
